Almost solely consisting of places to eat, drink, party or catch a show, Soho comes alive after dark.

It's slowly shaking off its image as London's red light district but sex shops and questionable massage parlours can still be seen sandwiched between the masses of restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Soho has a prominent gay scene but there's plenty for all persuasions who visit in huge numbers for its full-throttle buzz.
