We're committed to creating safe interactions between users and have implemented some great tools and processes to help you make informed decisions.

Verifications

All Fixers are subject to a thorough approval process before being accepted onto the platform. Not everyone makes it.

Guests and Fixers can link their profiles to their online ID's on Facebook - you can see if a guest is Facebook verified by checking the ‘Verifications’ section on their profile.

As well verifying their email address when creating an account, guests must also verify their phone number in order to complete a booking. The more layers of verification, the better.

Reviews & Profiles

On Zoola Fix, everyone has a voice.

Check a user’s reviews to learn what others thought of their experience with them. Only users who’ve shared a booking can leave feedback for each other so they’re always certified. You can also look at what they've written about themselves on their profile. Together this should help you better understand the user and whether they’re right for you.

Messaging

Our on-site messaging system allows users to chat to each other before making any decisions. Getting to know a user this was can help you feel more comfortable about meeting in person.

Customer support

Most issues can be resolved directly with your guest of Fixer so always speak to them first if something’s not right. For anything else, we're here for you.
